About Us
Monkey Robotics Sdn. Bhd., established in 2022, is at the forefront of fully autonomous Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) harvesting systems for oil palm plantations. The company offers a complete, integrated solution that covers the entire harvesting process, from cutting the FFB to collecting and managing the produce, ensuring an efficient, sustainable, and hands-off experience for plantation operators.
The system includes autonomous robotic arms equipped with AI-powered computer vision to accurately identify, cut, and harvest FFB, and an advanced navigation system that allows the robot to navigate the plantation independently, even in complex terrain. Following the harvest, the FFB is seamlessly transferred to an automated collection system, which gathers the fruit and transports it to designated locations for further processing.
The solution also incorporates IoT features for real-time monitoring and data collection, allowing for optimized harvesting schedules, predictive maintenance, and efficient resource management. These technologies come together to replace traditional labour methods, improving productivity, reducing operational costs, and ensuring sustainability by minimizing waste and environmental impact.
